Central Library

The GIET central library aims to have a multidisciplinary approach to learning, teaching, sharing, and researching in various sectors. These all sectors combine to develop an education directed mindset in the students,faculties, Researchers.It is comprising of 500 seated Air Conditioned Reading Rooms and more than 34,000 Volume of Books, around 559 educational CDs/DVDs.GIET subscribes to 165 National International Journals with digital Library Facilities. The library strives to master curiosity and provide the repository of options for sharing, preserving, exploring, and analyzing the vast knowledge sources. The GIET Central library also has provisions for professional development with an assortment of disciplines complementary to engineering and technology like humanities, art and culture, and other social sciences.The Institute has access through the 24*7 Wi-Fi facility inside the campus.

The Central Library of GIET fulfills the mission of holistic development in learning by creating an environment ideal enough for the smooth exchange of learning, teaching, research, and knowledge. This it does by promoting, providing, and making access to diverse resources to all staff, students, and alumni. It aims to incorporate diverse opinions and perspectives for the betterment, learning, research, and motivated efforts to seek knowledge. The library also regularly celebrates the production of knowledge by GIET. Its regular collaboration and connection with other academic centers and libraries enrich its stand to renew their resources.
