Celebrated National Mathematics Day

At GIET Baniatangi, the national mathematics day is celebrated on 22nd December 2023 in honour of Srinivasa Ramanujan, one of the greatest mathematicians who ever graced the planet. Even without any formal training in mathematics, he made various substantial contributions like mathematical analysis, number theory, infinite series, continued fractions including solutions for the most difficult mathematical problems. A mathematics olympiad competition is organized among the students of the college and the best performers are awarded.
