REPORTING FORMS

All the students who have taken admission into B.Tech/ M.Tech/ Diploma/ MBA/ MCA/ BBA/ BCA are instructed to fill up the Admission form by clicking the following link and submit the Application Form. Then take the print outs of the Form sent to your given mail id along with other following forms and submit all the forms in the college on the date of reporting.
