REPORTING FORMS

All the students who have taken admission into B.Tech/ M.Tech/ Diploma/ MBA/ MCA/ BBA/ BCA are instructed to fill up the Admission form by clicking the following link and submit the Application Form. Then take the print out of the Form sent to your given mail id and submit the form in the college on the date of reporting.
